There are a limited number of remaining cabins available at the Glacier Raft Company venue, which you are welcome to reserve! These cabins sleep between 6-10 people, and could be great for sharing. You can visit our Facebook page to connect with other guests about sharing space—just click Please Join, and I’ll add you!
Yes! We’ve gathered up some other nearby options (and this is just a small sampling). Visit our Accommodations page for details!
Jackson and Jaz will be staying on-site at the venue the nights of September 25th and 26th, so we recommend staying nearby those two nights! If your stay extends past those two nights of our wedding, check out the nearby town of Whitefish, the Flathead Lake area, or any of the other accommodation options near Glacier National Park. If you can, we highly recommend spending some time in the park before or after the wedding! Check out our Things to Do page for some inspiration for your trip.
We (really) love all of your kids; however, we’re hoping to have this be an adult-only event. We realize that that’s a big ask! Thank you for understanding <3.
Glacier Park International Airport is in Kalispell, Montana, and is closest to the wedding venue (about 33 minutes). It is also closest to Flathead Lake, if you’d like to explore that area prior to or after the wedding! If you have more time for your trip, you could also fly into Bozeman or Missoula and have a little road trip to the wedding, and then fly out of Glacier Park International.
Renting a car is recommended, since Uber, Lyft, and Taxi services may be limited.
You sure can! We made a little Facebook page for this purpose. Just click Join Group, and I’ll add you.
Jackson and Jaz first met back in 2000, when Riley brought his new friend Jackson home after school one day to skateboard. For Jackson, it was like-at-first-sight (unbeknownst to Jaz for quite a few years!). Jaz’s like-turned-love grew more slowly, starting as a safe and fun friendship, and evolving over late-night chats on aol instant messenger, and in car rides when everyone else fell asleep and Jaz stayed up to keep Jackson company while he drove. Our first unofficial date was to Tropical Smoothie on a school night, and Jackson asked Jaz to be his girlfriend while slow-dancing at Homecoming on October 04, 2003.
Jaz and Jackson managed to hold onto each other for three and a half years, most of that long distance with Jackson in Montana, and Jaz in Florida, then Pennsylvania. They loved each other intensely, and in 2007 decided to take a break from the relationship. It was scary and painful, and ultimately the right thing. Then, magically, mysteriously, wonderfully, after 14 years of living, traveling, learning, wondering, getting hurt, and growing, Jaz and Jackson were finally ready—really ready—to come back together as whole human beings who could love each other fully. Jaz breaks into spontaneous tears whenever she re-realizes that this is actually happening. Jackson is stunned that Jaz is still single after all these years. And they’re both thrilled to start a new life together.
